Some raw and processed products for the railway industry are shown below:
Crush Buffer
The crush buffer module operates with the principle of plastic deformation of a metal chip cut from the outer surface of the buffer body. The main advantage of the respective working principle is that it accurately determines the trigger time of the crush module. The optimum operating parameter of the crush buffer is -40 °C to +50 °C. In the crush buffer, the energy level subject to absorption can be adjusted by updating the cross-section of the module according to the customer’s request.
Draft Gear
The optimum operating temperature of the draft gear comprising a high performance elastomeric damper and a parallel spring element made of solid elastomer is in the range of -60 ºC to +50 ºC. The main advantage of the respective draft gear is that it provides a long life with a simple design and low maintenance cost.
Buffer – Shock Absorber
Technical parameters which are formed from recyclable materials for use in heavy locomotive structure are shock absorbers which are suitable for working in heavy masses. It provides reliable and efficient operation in the required temperature range.
Draw-Gear
The draw gear is made of solid elastomeric spring material, which is recyclable for heavy locomotive-passenger and freight wagons, and has a compact design. The optimum operating temperature ranges from -40 ° C to +50 ° C.
